    Guided hiking tours with rangers through the Hohen Tauern National Park glistening winter landscape provide plenty of opportunities for recharging your batteries and regaining your zest for life away from the stress of everyday life.

     

    The snowshoe tour starts either at Erlsbach or Staller Sattel - Depending on the weather conditions, snow conditions and the avalanche situation

    From there we hike through the snowy winter landscape and learn a lot about the survival strategies of wild animals and plants in winter.

     

    Important information:

    Suitable for children aged 8 and above.
    Snow shoes are available.
    What to bring: sturdy winter shoes (no moon boots), ski poles, winter clothing, drink and a small snack
    The tour can only take place, if the road is passable and depends on the avalanche conditions, which change daily.

    The meeting point is reachable with public bus - Station St.Jakob - tourist info - and then with the skibus to the point of the tour start
